Last week went to the beach with family and friends. In Catalonia that special night (with the longest night time) is called Sant Joan. Lots of firecrackers and children going around plus dry vegetation
as I parent I tried to relax, but it´s not that easy when you are surrounded by lots of people handling firecrackers, rockets...
sure most of the rockets go high up, but some others do not. I brought with me the Ricoh RG1s, easy to handle and to put in a plastic zip bag far from the sand. As the Ricoh does not have AutoExposureLock or speed priority is a bit difficult to shoot in night conditions (at least for me), but all in all came pretty well.
