Well... I must admit that my Russian is a bit rusty. But I heard it takes about a week to learn the Cyrillic alphabet...

The Rosetta Stone program is a bit expensive, but I think worth the money.

I think a few of you have broken keyboards.
Any man who can see what he wants to get on film will usually find some way to get it;
and a man who thinks his equipment is going to see for him is not going to get much of anything.

Wow! What a great find, Francois. Thanks a million for sharing. I've been through issues from 1928 and 1968 so far; absolutely fascinating stuff.

I knew you'd like it :)

One the same Russian Constructivist note, here's a short animation by the National Film Board of Canada that really recaptures that vibe

Thanks for the link - will definitely bookmark for later review.
I like looking at pictures (!!) and on my travels I often buy local photography magazines even though I won't be able to read them (unless English or German).

I do too. I used to ask my dad to bring some back when he used to travel a lot for companies.
The rarest one I got was a 1992 issue of Foto und Labor... I know they talk about the minox format and blue toners in it... that's about it.
