Today Show story on the resurgence of film photography
« on: March 10, 2017, 02:23:35 PM »
For the first time NBC's Today Show did a piece entirely with still photos (no video), to report on the resurgence of film photography. They even go to Penumbra Foundation to take a stab at wet plate:

Interesting piece. Encouraging to see something like that reaching the mainstream.

Live TV does not lend itself well to sitting completely still for a tintype, however.
Any man who can see what he wants to get on film will usually find some way to get it;
and a man who thinks his equipment is going to see for him is not going to get much of anything.

Film is the vinyl record of photography.
