Saddened to learn of the recent death of Rodney Smith.

I was sad to hear this news as well. I was lucky enough to be able to get Rodney to speak at the B&H Event Space several months ago. He was a lovely person and an inspiring speaker and photographer. You can watch a recording of his talk here:

I also got his book, and if you can still find a copy, grab one! It is, without a doubt, the most gorgeous photography book I've ever seen!

This was sad to hear.  Always a shame to hear of such great talent leaving us.
