One roll, one subject: Port Eynon Rocks
« on: March 08, 2015, 08:22:43 PM »
Six from a roll ...

Neopan 400 this time.  I joined up with a photographer friend who came over to Gower for the weekend and we looked around the coastline just west of Port Eynon.  Beautiful afternoon, and an opportunity for me to stick a new hood onto a Summaron 35/3.5.

They are really mean rocks to scramble over.

I must have turned my back at some point, as the film spent a whole extra minute in the DDX.

I really like those, Sandeha. You've probably over-cooked the negs a bit and lost some of the tonality but the grain and the higher contrast seems to work well with the jaggedy rocks and dry stone wall.

Great shots! Especially like the 1st and the 4th. The high contrast works well with the rough landscape.
