Pfew! Sean's been saved from the big 1088 monster by a single post :)

SI standard has no comma used as a 1 000 delimiter. Like the simple rule of named units having an upper case abbreviation, it is designed to confabulate Americans and Libyans - those only left as still having 27.4 troy ounces in a ream, and 12 reams to a quart, and 8 1/2 quarts to a furlong, and 16 furlongs to a league, and 4 leagues to a mile...

Enjoy! Skj.

So I currently have 1 x 103 + (93 + x) total posts? With x = future posts.

Or a bit over a kilopost?

I think you need to set up a meeting, Ed. I'll have the paperwork on my desk in the morning, if you value this job.

"I'm sorry, but Ed is currently off planet attending an inter-galactic summit on the future of the semi-colon in Martian romantic literature. If your matter is urgent, please address it to one of the other moderators."
