Title: We Are What We Eat - I'm using this image of a tomato grown in our garden to symbolise my journey of the last few years which has taken me from being a passive consumer of globalized, corporate, supermarket food and drink, to being someone who now eats, drinks and thinks on a more local, sustainable scale and is more engaged and interested in food and food production than ever before.
